mp3/mp4 upgrade tool HELP

I HAVE THE SAME PLAYER AND LOOKING FOR THE FIRMWARE , DID YOU GET ANY HELP FOR THIS PLAYER ?

I have an mp3/mp4 player, I´ve followed all teh instructions in order 2 upgrade the firmware but it doesn´t work... everytime I click on the Upgrade Tool icon, it says that the device is not connected... i formatted my MP4 player which was a 512mb mp4 but now it is a 1mb with the same firmware.....how can i get my 2gb of storage back please anyone???

u should plug ur mp3/mp4 player into the usb on the computer if u havent already? & make sure it’s connecting properly
