installing firmware to mp4 player

try with “mp3 player utilities”

MY MP4 WILL GO TO THE START MENU BUT IF I CLICK MUSIC OR ANYTHING ELSE IT TURNS OFF AND TURNS BACK ON

Hey all. i have an mp4 player that i got from a friend but the software on the player is corrupt. is there any way to repair the firmware or what can i do???

i think the usb was disconnected

i have LE.MON mp4 it is dead . it wont light up and take any re charge. seems very dead. supposed to have warranty reset pin does not work
