My innovage mp3 player wont even turn on
it just goes to the screen witha hour glass

mine wont charge...All I get is a “white” screen... any suggestions? (also,the red led light stays lit confirming that it is not charged.)

I can do everything but turn up the volume .How do do you do that?

The MP3 video player was fine when we first got it. But now the music drowns out the singing. Does anyone else have this problem?!?!?!

WELL YEAH ME NEITHER WHY ARE YOU GUYS HAVING PROBLEMS I JUST USED WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYR U CAN EVEN COPY PICTURES AND PASTE THEM IN THE FOLDER 'REMOVOVABLE DISK E' AND THEY WRK ITS NOT BAD JUST THAT SONGS THEY CHANGE PRETTY SLOW

i found i da m inovage mp3 and i put clips of vidieos on there but the pieace of shit only says format error wat do i do

hey i wanted to add songs and when i went to do it my innovage mp3 player has no files in music when it did before i did this. What can i do to fix this problem? The computer still reads all my songs but my mp3 player doesnt. What do i do?

I got mine from a friend and it works fine i have the digital audio player MP3. It was working fine untill it stopped charging. i have left it plugged in the computer for 2 days straight and tried everything, but nothing works. I really need help. k thatnks

when i turnt it on i deleted all the music off it because my friend gave it to me so i deleted the music and now i delted all the files on it even the music file and now it wont let me make a new one and i cant put any of my music on it how do i fix it

I just called the 800# and although it took me a bit to get through, they were very nice and very helpful, and as a result , the manufacturer is sending me a new MP3 player (hopefully that one will work fine). I had no hassle with this transaction.
