Innovage MP3 Video Player with Color LCD Screen

I plugged in my power for at least 3 hours and I still can’t get my player to turn on.

I just packaged mine up and plan on returning the piece of crap to the store! With my refund, I plan on buying a REAL MP3 player that actually works and is user friendly. What’s that saying...you get what you pay for?!

I downloaded all my songs fine and it works fine....but when i want to play the songs it only plays the first 10 seconds of it......is something wrong with my mp3 or is it my computer????

Cumpimi, I guess that you’ve got the “intro” option on. While your music’s playing, press the menu buton and choose “Repeat”. Then, select anything else than intro (which plays the first 10 secondes of all music in current folder).

Now here’s my problem (seems like everybody has at least one...): I just can’t copy some tunes into the mp3. When I try, I get this error: “Impossible de copier (title): Impossible de créer le répertoire ou le fichier." which means, in English: “Can’t copy (title): Can’t create repertory or file”.

I got one for my daughter and it worked fine for a while, then my Virus program said it had a virus and deleted it. Now the player is stuck on the hourglass screen and wont even show as a removable drive. Does anyone know where I canget a driver for it?

Yeah, all you losers have to do is connect it and let windows xp take care of it and after it lets you know that your innovage mp3 is installed and ready to use open your music folder and simply drag your music into REMOVABLE DISC E: or to what your computer has assigned it to! RETARDS

I just called the 800# and although it took me a bit to get through, they were very nice and very helpful, and as a result , the manufacturer is sending me a new MP3 player (hopefully that one will work fine). I had no hassle with this transaction.

I don’t know what the big deal is here, but let’s begin with the fact that I purchased my unit today, I plugged it into my USB, and without software, copied the MP3 files into the new drive created upon plugging it in, I’m currently listening to my favorite songs on a lovely pair of headphones. Good Game.

to download movies and music and such on it... u should go to realplayercafe.com and download the freeversion of realplayer...then u go to realplayer and download ur favorite music from cd’s or internet or even youtube movies u go to burn cd/watever it says and u can hook ur mp3 thing in there and it’ll download it to ur mp3

i THOUGHT I WAS DA ONLY ONE THAT WAS HAVING PROBLEMS UNTIL I STARTED LOOKING FOR INNOVAGE OFFICIAL WEBSITE BUT DOUND THIS INSTEAD. I GOT THIS FROM MY EX-FRIEND AND I HAV NO IDEA WAT IS WRONG WIT IT. AN IPOD WNT THIS HARD!!

i works for me all i do is go on limewire and download the music there and then go to library and hit explore and then right click and go to removable disk G: and then u should see an arrow on th mp3 and theres your music!! also check ur mp3

To fix the boot problem, you have to remove the back cover and dosconnect the battery for 3 to 5 minutes. This will reset the TSOP chip, thats the chip that stores the firmware and your music.

If you know how to use a soldering iron just remove the red wire from the battery. If you don’t have soldering iron, just cut the red wire from the battery, making sure to keep enough space to splice it back to geather, after you splice it back, put some black tape on it to protect it from shorting, not to much though, not a lot of room.

I have done this on 5 units and its worked every time.
