For all those getting file format error...same thing happened to me
Solution: You have to convert the video to a certain kind of avi file..it has to be xvid & make sure the video is 320 by 240 in video size...I used Total Video Converter.

Please help me. I have this Chinese MP4. Until now, I have no idea why whenever I plug this to the PC, I can’t see the folders, the files, too. But when I use it handy, I can still listen to the mp3s, for they really exist there. I really wanted to manage the folders but I can’t access them through PC. What’s the problem? Please help me. I disagree with you sir, All Chinese products are not fake..the quality of Chinese products are getting better. It depends from where you are purchasing.... I am currently using a MP4 Digital Player, purchased from www.brandsdragon.com and it still working fine....It has been 9 months since I am using it...And I haven’t gotten any issues with this yet...
