Hello...i bought a new mp4...joy 888...and i have no problems with it when i try to playmusic..and view photos...but when i upload a movie on it...it says UNKNOWN FORMAT...i converted avi. formats in mp4. i tried to play them like avi. ...but nothing works...do i need some codecs..or something like that..?
please help if you can...thank you :)
