Firmware til MP4

Help me! I bought a MP4 player Canyon like Apple Ipod. Then I try to upgrade the firmware.LSC_91N002_20..but unfortunately it no longer works properly. I cannot connect it with my computer, cant operate when it is turned on. Cant see any effect when connect with my computer. It’s absolutely silent and I can only see time glass in my mp4.

Anyone has experienced with this...please help me to fix it up.

I cannot connect it with my computer - my computer can´t find USB on my mp player, cant operate when it is turned on - tme glass will not leave display.
It’s absolutely silent and I can only see time glass in my mp4.
I think it is fil structur and firmware who is damaged.
Anyone has experienced with this...please help me to fix it up.
