This player Don’t works with 4 GB firmware. Try to format it with windows explorer for 1 GB and solve the problem.

Hey Guys, I had the same problem with mine, heres my fix

go into the settings on your device, and open the “Online Mode” section.,

change it to"Multi Drive”

Once you have done this, plug it back into your computer and this time 2 drives should appear, format both the drives, and paste ur music file int to the largest File

Hi guys... can somebody help me out? i got a huge problem with my SONY Mp4/3 player,.. My problem is i cant play any songs at all, all i can use is to listen 2 my radio and games, if i go to my MUSIC it say NO FILES. why is that? can somebody help me out pls. my player is very important to me. Hi,

I have the MP4 1GB Keo MP4 and it was working fine till suddenly it just started to take a long time when you turned it on and that hour glass sign showed up. I did a firmware upgrade because the KEO company said i should and now my MP4 is a bright blank screen. I cant go to music or anything. Can anyone help? im trying to downgrade it back to 9.0.48 firmware but im having a hard time.

Hello! I’m from Belarus. I had the same situation for my mp3 player. I used the formatting utility for USB-flash, which has gone in pack with my 512Mb Flash. Not sure that it can help you, because players like IPOD etc. as a rule
have special area at the disk, where firmare is installed. But if your player is down, why not to try?

I bought a Sharper Image MP3 player. It worked for a while, now I get “no files” error message on every menu option, except record where I get a “disk error” message. Any ideas?
