hi my mp4 player keeps saying empty disk but there is music on it how do i fix it.

i just bought a mp3/mp4 player. i put a few songs and video on. computer recognises it as removable disk. um when copying files now comes up with parameter is incorrect. what do i do. really need help. thanks mark

well u all have problem but none of u have any solution
i can give u a start, but rest of the way u ll have to find on ur own
search for mp3 player utility 4.10 on rapid share
this tool can help u upgrade ur firmware now as per ur firm ware u can probably check it from setup menu in players. try finding upgrade for it
rest is simple in the utility software there is this small prg that is named mp3 player firmware upgrade tool use that
