Sorry I can’t help with your specific problem but it seems that the public should be protected from the sellers of these unreliable devices. I bought a Nitro Sound MP4[Fire] Player for my daughter. Recently it started resetting itself very frequently and often freezes. I have computer connectivity but unable to reinstall the Drivers. All language is either in Spanish or Japanese. Additionally, Windows Vista does not recognise Installation software on the CD that came with the device. Can anyone help with some suggestions?
