Help me! I bought a MP3 player brand Visual land 547 from Ebay. Then I try to upgrade the firmware...but unfortunately it no longer works properly. I cannot connect it with my computer, cant operate when it is turned on. Cant see any effect when connect with my computer. It’s absolutely silent.
