firmware MP4 Mp3 player - VL 547

i am using samsung yp-u2 usb device.
i formated it once using the system
now it is telling that “format it using f/w updater

i m having MP4 of capacity 4 GB but it is showing only 998MB after i formatted. Can anyone tell me how i can regain the 4GB back...

Hi,
I have a ME2 MP3/MP4 player from Wilson Ltd and I deleted all the files off it and seems I did all by mistake now as when I go to music it says empty disk and I cannot work out how to re-load anything on have tried just via copy on laptop but won’t work.
is there some software to fix getting my /root directory back? or create new folders to load them on

AFTER USING IT FOR A MONTH THE SCREEN DISPLAYED THE WORDS “DISC ERROR AND ITS MEMORY DECLINED FOM 1GB TO 491MB.IT NO LONGER PLAYS AND DISPLAYS THE SAME WORDS EVERY TIME I TRY TO USE IT. PLEASE HELP!!
