This is for Chuck Chillout. I have the same problem with my MP3 from Hong Kong. the ZZZZZZZ. The USB cable is bad. My son in law has the same MP3 player and when we put his cable on, out MP3 player worked.

hi i just bought mp4 player and now i cant copy any file to from the pc and when i open music or video..it gives “disc empty” the music software can’t be launched,i checked files of the player and found that root and others folders are missing im thinking to format it but dont know if it’ll solve the problem please please anyone can help me my email is virtualys@hotmail.com
