I cannot recover the old firmware either using the upgrade tool in mp3 utilities.

My original version was 3.2.16 Wilson Co Ltd. and I was only upgrading with another 3.2.16 version.

Any idea what went wrong?

I also tried a bunch of other firwares...version
3.2.13, and other 3.2.16 versions but none work.

Where can I find I firmware that will work or how do I recover my old one?

Hi every1 I bought a mp3/mp4 off ebay, you know 1 of those nano clones. It keeps aying that the memory is 100% full but I looked on the computer and it say the device has nothing on it. Also my computer has stopped recognising it.
