I hate to tell you but that is all the bigger your Mp3 player is, there are a lot of fake memory out there, I’ve had a bunch of them.

If your MP4 player started out as 1, 2, 3 or 4 gig and now is less, you got scammed there is a way to fake the memory to make it look like it more than it is. I bought a bunch and found out the hard way. I need help trying to find out how to put firmware back on a player. I can’t find any thing that has the .bin or .fw extension. Any help would be appreciated!

i got a mp4 player for christmas and it is so post to be 60gb, play movies, record,pictures,and also it has built in games. i have not put anything on it, but when i looked at the memory it says it only has 967mb not even = to 1 gb. Do u think i got ripped off or what happend?

hi , i brought an new mp4 player 9.0.50, but somehow i cant load any file or song..everytime i try to copy n paste anythin i get this error on pc sayin cannot copy “file name” the parameter is incorrect. also when i try to create new folder i get this messag e” Untable to create the folder” name” THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE FILE SPECIFIED” n pc freezes up. i tried to format the mp4 player but still i get the same message
can someone tell me how to find this solution plz

Help me! I bought a MP4 MP3 player brand Visual land 547 from Ebay. Then I try to upgrade the firmware...but unfortunately it no longer works properly. I cannot connect it with my computer, cant operate when it is turned on. Cant see any effect when connect with my computer. It’s absolutely silent.

Anyone has experienced with this...please help me to fix it up.

I am having a 2GB so called sony mp3/MP4/video/FM player. I i had upgraedit to 3.5.35 and disply went off just sowing me bluse screen the i tried it lot o upgrade with 3.5.37 now the player is not been reconised by windows xp what it is compatly ded help me out what to do
