CAN ANYONE HELP ME I BOUGHT A MP 3 MP 4 PLAYER THROUGH EBAY WITH JUST THE NAME ME3 ON IT. I DOWNLOADED MUSIC AND PLAYED THE RADIO ON IT AND IT WAS JUST FIND. THEN I TURNED IT ON AGAIN NEXT DAY AND IT WON’T DO ANYTHING. IT TELLS ME IT HAS A DISC ERROR. I NOW CAN’T DO ANYTHING AT ALL. DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO DELETE WHAT IS ON THE PLAYER AND START AGAIN OR OFFER SOME ADVICE AS TO WHAT TO DO...

i have upgrade the firmware but the screen is blank now.wht should i do to recover it

My mp4 player turns on to a loading screen then freezes if anyone knows how to fix this thing tell me because i’m about to break these fucking things in half.

To addition the person i bought it from said it messed up because he was downloading the firmware and it screwed up then he tried tocopy the firmware from the second on and screwed that one up to so now they both have the same problem.
