I think it requires to have a particular progam that can reset the memory chip of the player... I strive to find it...

I also have an MP3/4 player V3.5.35. Did anyone received
any infor on correcting their poblem? Player not recongnized. Disk seems damaged. Anyone have any suggestions, short of buying a new player.

hi i’ve a mp4/amv/rec/fm player(MP3 PLAYER CM60009-501 2006/09/07 ACT_V3.5.35 ... actually there is two problems with it
1) i download 55 song on the mp4 player but it plays only 26 songs. on the 27th song, it resets by itself

2) i can’t play the fm radio on it, there is no frequencies.

please reply me very soon as i’m feeling very boring without music...

I bought this chinese made MP3/Mp4 player and it works great as long as it’s connected to the usb port. if i unplugg it it stays on for about a minute then it shuts off an won’t turn back on unles i plug the usb cable back in and the battery meter says it’s full. i don’t know what to do it’s driving me crazy. can anyone help please?

Hey, I had same problem went to www.visual-land.com/ebay/web/inquiry.hmtl. I was able to
download an upgrade and everything seems to working. Download to hard drive than updated
player. Good luck.

I have an S1 mp3 player produced by the Wilson Co. and with version 9.0.50 It will only work as a flash drive and will not turn on and play songs. I think I need a new firmware ir software. I just bought 1.8 LCD MP4 Nano Like, my firmware version is B806K8V2.0 , CODE : 9.0.48. I download video file from DVD after converted to AMV but I cannot play that file, it shown “Format error”. Can anyone tell me what happens?Appreciate that.
