firmware MP4 Mp3 player - VL 547

Maj.Hazard is your mp4 dead?

I had bought 2gb MP4/MP3 player a few months ago and while downloading songs it is asking for formatting which i did in FAT32 so what happened is the capacity of memory reduce to just 475mb. Can anyone help me out to increase the memory size to atleast 1.5gb.

I want to know how to put videos in my amv but it says that I did but when I go back to see it it not there i have a 256mb

when i play music on it its always crashing and i dont know how to upgrade it i dont have any information on it i dont know the memory capacity or anything. its black and its got silver buttons. i created other folders next to the music folder and now i cant delete them because the music i put in those folders has renamed itself to weaird symbol names (little square boxes) please help me

i have a Rivertech mp3/mp4 player and no matter what i do it doesn’t play videos i don’t know what to do cuz the directions were not so specific and i put them on they are shown as on in mp4 format yet when i go on the videos portion is says empty disk.if anyone can help plz email me as soon as possible meuzique@hotmail.com.

Reading all these peoples problems and there is no customer service what so ever just people begging others to help them...

Besides the fact that the manual is writien in bad english like “you have happy time handeling” and no relation to any webside in the manual or where to get the latest firmware... Not to mention the fact that mine came with problems and phisical damage...

I will never buy from this company agian..
