firmware MP4 Mp3 player - VL 547

I have a Generic 4G Mp3 player from Hong Kong. Any music files that are after the first gig show as format error when trying to play them.I’ve formatted the player, done error checks and defrag. None of this helps. Is there anybody who can give me some advice or that have had the same problem.

Hi, i’ve the same trouble of John Huang, my mp3/mp4 player stop and reboot when song ends, and also reboot at same touch combination,

i am having problems with my si mp3 player 3.5.37.sometimes whan i turn it on it comes on but the screen goes blank but u can still hear music playing.how can i fix that problem..

I had problems with the HYFAI mp3/mp4 (No name brand from China) player, I resolved to re-format the drive thru my PC. Be aware, this will tuern it into just an empty drive. I am not able to see video, just listen to radio, mp3/wma ONLY!!! It also eliminated the player shutting down all the time. GOOD LUCK!!!!

When i insert it in a computer it reads, 1.95 Gb, i by passed that one .
i dn’t know if anybody do experience a particular problem with it.
it’s restart itself after some minute of playing of mp3 and the movie section some time shows “FORMAT ERROR” when u try to put a movie or music video in it and goes off and on it self again .
i need help....
i have formated the drive more than 10 times using FAT. But the problem still remains..

I’ve had some trouble with my MP4 player -no brand- (the chip is a samsung 646 k9g96808uom pc80
firmware is ACT 2097_S72_1 9.0.50)AFter the first gig player stop and reboot, and with “MP3 utility tool” shows only 2GB of memory instead of 4GB.

I first put to 0 the encrypted partition, then I’ve have formatted without the “Mp3 utility tool” in FAT32, and finaly it seems to works good. Try this, and good luck
