hi all,i bought 1 GB mp3/mp4 player china made from Rediff online shopping. i checked the capacity it was showing 997 mb and also on my computer it was showing 997 mb. i put around 257mb data (songs, 81 songs) when i play those songs after 16th song the player restarts itself. i used all the methods like i set the online mode on ENCRYPTED ONLY but all time i got the same results.it cost me rs. 2000/-.
Please Help me if anybody can fix it... can anybody tell me what is the problem...

please if anyone knows how to reload the music part of the mp3/mp4 player let me know...do i need to reload firmware? when I click on the “music” part it is “initializing” then says “disk empty!" Please help...completely mp3/mp4 stupid!

I cannot recover the old firmware either using the upgrade tool in mp3 utilities.

My original version was 3.2.16 Wilson Co Ltd. and I was only upgrading with another 3.2.16 version.

Any idea what went wrong?

I also tried a bunch of other firwares...version
3.2.13, and other 3.2.16 versions but none work.

Where can I find I firmware that will work or how do I recover my old one?
