hello there, i bought an mp3 player off the internet and its firmware is really stuffed. The pixels on the screen go all different colours and the buttons dont work straight after you have pressed them. can anyone help me with how i could fix it ?

I have an MP3/MP4 player, 2gb, that keeps crashing and and I have format errors, renaming of folders as square symbols, disappearing files, etc. I don’t dare upgrade the firmware at this point. Instead, I think its because the drive is formatted in FAT32 and it needs to be FAT or FAT16. Problem is using windows to format, when I right-click to get format type only see FAT32, no other option. How do I reformat into FAT? Is there a program anyone knows of or a trick to use with windows to reformat the flash into FAT? thanks.

Guest Help me! I bought a MP4 MP3 player brand Visual l . Then I try to upgrade the firmware...but unfortunately it no longer works properly. I cannot connect it with my computer, cant operate when it is turned on. Cant see any effect when connect with my computer. It’s absolutely silent.
