Hi, I bought a SONY 1GB sc85051f mp4 player.It was not changing the songs. So, I tried to upgrade it. I went on the software “MTV upgrading tool”. im having the same problem as alot of you.
my mom got me a mp4 player as a gift and it would play one song then reboot even if i manually selected another song.

firmware info from player screen:

the manual it came with is UTTERLY useless to quote from it “the-knife man impulsive punishment:broadcasting is smooth on playback” “user grows to hit PLAY button” like that throughout the entire thing and the cd it came with is juse as useless. help please.

I have a problem, When I go to play music on my MP4, it says no files found, I have over 300 songs downloaded. I think I deleted the WMA file! How do I get it back??

Hi; I bought a new mp4 that looks like the ipod nano, with 4GB and the 3.5.37 firmware version; this version works OK but I can´t acces the voice record option, when I try to acces it reboot the mp4 to the welcome screen; I guess that my firmware is incomplete. somebody has the correct version to my mp4?or any idea about this problem?
