Hey,I got this fake Ipod from a sri lanka. It worked for the 1st day, suddenly it display battery low,then it go to sleep.afterthat i charged and tried everything but cant get it to work.

U just need the right firmware i probably have it since i got 4 fake ipods
I say 16gb or 32gb cause you never know if you may want to add a little more stuff onto your ipod but you won’t have enguoh space so i say forget about 8gb go higher.
ok i have one and it just doesnt want to open, it only opens on the first screen and shows the little hour glass and stays on that page i have no disk for it

THIS IS JUST SAD I HAVE THE SAME FREAKING ISSUE. I bought a $5 iPod shuffle online, but don’t get me wrong, I had a %73 sense of surety that this was a fake. But, they said it came with earphones and a charger so I figured it wouldn’t be a complete waste. Luckily, they did give me the earphones and charger, though the USB charger isn’t for Original iPods, only the wall plug is. The Shuffle is hot pink, and it looks like all the other Chinese fakes. I plug it in my laptop with the wire it came with, and it shows up and all. Except on iTunes, it doesn’t show up at all. I’m still trying to figure this out. I just wanted to post this comment just so you all know, YOU ARE NOT ALONE ;A;
