chinese "MP4" firmware

I have a car mp4 player from chinavasion. It has nand flash memory... on the chip(samsung 816)K9H8G08U1A

When I check the firmware in settings, It reads

When I try to listen to the music files it shows
Nand Flash
No Files!

I think that I formatted it and lost the firmware. If anyone can help, I’d be very grateful

YOU HAVE JUST TO “DIG &DROP” into the player(IMPORTANT :open the folder with windows XP),two files : 1)FOUND.000 2)BOOTEX
(dont open them, just dig and drop into the mp4player)

I need help! I deleted all files from my mp4, but when i tryed to put some files in i couldn’t because it was full. when i accessed the device there were no files in it????
It’s like a horor movie.
