and for the guy that says his own isnt charging i think he needs a new cord cause the same thing happend to mine my cord got old and had “shorts” its an electrical term

Hello all, i too have purchaced one of the MP4 players.
I am wondering if any one has found any updates for these players.
Also is there a play list on this thing some where???
I am kind of new with the product, but it seems pretty simple to use. Almost like it has the very basic of functions. I did put music on it, but it does not put the album art up on the screen like it shows on the box...

Hi there..! I have a problem regarding my mp4 I brought it from macau and when i arrive at my home country it does’t work anymore. It only works for about 1 weeks.. the main problem is that I do not know where to find the Board number I think there is nothing embedded on it..but chipset indicated number is ACU7515 G7137EA 57K whenever I open my player it shows only the sand clock images regarding opening and it did not continue to open at all pls. anyone suggestion pls? do firmware can resolve this problem..? and if it does where could I find this firmware thanks a lot in Advance..GOD bless everyone..

When I check the firmware in settings, It reads

When I try to listen to the music files it shows
Nand Flash
No Files!

I think that I formatted it and lost the firmware. If anyone can help, I’d be very grateful
