I have bought the MP3/MP4 by China...It is a like IPOD with 1,8 LCD screen and 8gb of memory. I have try to upgrade the firmware but now the MP3 is POWER ON but with white screen and my notebook don’t know the MP3.

when the mp4 player is “dead” with wrong firmware the pc and my firmware programs cant find it(mp4)..how do i fix it? trow in the trash box or what?
