i have a problem with Chinese MP4 (their product sucks!!!!! BIGTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!)
format error for amv videos, the videos work fine with other players, its with the MP4!!!

hey, i need instructions on how to get my mp4 player from china running. looks like an ipod with 8gb, but only has 1mb (!!!) available. cant find a firmware anywhere, and the firmware-flash tool on the cd coming with it has a trojan horse on it.
would be very nice, if someone could help me.

My mom just recently got one of these mp3.mp4 player things. We have been trying to figure out this thing for the past few days. I know that we need to get firmware.. but I don’t know which one.

I have lost my video converter software cd pls help me

i hav an 1gb mp4 player, looks like the ipod classic with an ipod logo on the front. It used to work fine but now when it is on, it showed a blue screen with “insert usb line to use usb disk. press any key to restart”. i had to connect the usb to the pc. then it showed “Press Menu key to format. Press other key to not format”. When i press any other key, it shoes “usb disk” but the pc doesnt detect it. So next time i press the “Menu Key” and formatted it. now it gets detected. but the drive is blank as it is formatted. It has 2 drives as usual - 1 with 16MB and the other with alost 1 GB. both are blank. so i did “safely remove hardware”. the ipod showed “software loading” ....nothing happens..... when I remove the usb, it turns off. next time i on it i hav to do the same steps except formatting. still no use as it is blank and the ipod doesnt on in the normal way with the software.

PLEASE HELP me im having trouble with my me2 mp4, when i deleted some of my songs of it i accidentally deleted the firmware and i dont know how to put it back on the mp4 PLEASE HELP i got options of amv tool, asf tool,avc tool,mp tool,mpeg-4 tool.I’ve tried them all and they dont work please if u know contact me mbath_0908@hotmail.com
