hey, someone help me... my mp4 switches on but fail to start and juz apear like this"press left for subdisk, right down for formating"all files are deleted. and den apears b"boot”. someone help me pls...

Yeah. I bought an iPod Nano 2nd generation from China and first of all. I haven’t installed iTunes yet. Secondly, the layout is completely different from what it schould be, its all colourful and different. Thirdly, in SYS Settings it sais that Firmware Version is

que puedo hacer con el ipod bloqueado, no arranca y el firmware no lo tengo, es de 8gigas, favor donde consigo un firmware o un lector de ipod a fuerzas o instrucciones para desbloquearlo manualmente.

i got a mp3/mp4 and it has been recently formatted because when i open a file it says disk error but after i formatted it is working and the only problem i’m facing is that it can’t connect to my computer and put anything on it my firmware version is tjd_1301_02

i am using ipod nano TD-38A 2gig, when i play mp3 the ipod automatically shuts off, then restarts..
my ipod showing me a format error
so i want 2 upgrade my firmware.

Ok.....I fixed my cheap chinese MP4 Player. It took me all weekend but I found the right firmware and program to upload it with. A little background. My player was working fine when it just started to loop (reboot)! It would let me load songs but not play them. It would crash everytime I tried. Anyway I have the software now. If anyone is willing to pay for postage, I am willing to fix your players if I can. I will fix and then send back with the firmware and software with instructions so you can fix again if you need to. I will only charge $10.00 USD. You could always buy anotherone but rest assured it will break too. They all do. So if you send prepaid return postage plus and additional $10.00 I will fix your player. If I cannot fix it, I will return it along with your $10.00. hi everybody,my friend’s mp4 player is dead.it’s a gift from her uncle,we tried finding it’s firmware but we couldn’t.it is a most popular chinese made with a posename SONY printed on it’s front,it is a 1gb mp4+dv player with builtin cam,it also supports .nes roms.hope those who have such an device would’ve recogonised our’s.we are in need of it’s firmware,send me the frimware if u have or send me the instructions if u know where to get it.it will be very helpfull for us if u do so.

Hi,
I have a sony mp4 player whose board nunber is mp-781cv1-sl 2005.12.23
I recover successfully & upgrade with 3.5.37 firmware file and its original firmware file is also the same. but it dosen’t work. It show a dead blue screen.and its memmory space become smaller from 2gb to 233.34mb please what i do?

I cannot recover the old firmware either using the upgrade tool in mp3 utilities.

My original version was 3.5.37 Wilson Co Ltd. and I was only upgrading with another 3.5.37 version.

i have updated becoz its player not working properly.

Any idea what went wrong?

I also tried a bunch of other firwares...version
3.2.13, and other 3.2.16 versions but none work.

Where can I find I firmware that will work.
