chinese "MP4" firmware

i bought an mp4 player, 8gb. i formatted it using the fat32 file system and now it only shows its capacity as 233 mb.
can I get the right firmware for upgrading it or have the capacity back to 8gb?
pls help.

need the converter and tools for this unit plssss. act9x-0.49
