7” TFT LCD TV HDD PMP MP4 Media Player 120GB DiVX USB 2 and have some problem with playing MPEG 4 files. By the mistake i’ve updated firmware V.4.1.29.1 and dowmloaded BANK30.ROM...Now it is not working..Who can help me, please..

i have an adfu mp4 device(8g) and formated it now it gives me its busy screen and my pc doesnt recognise it.Its software says i need a recovery file which i dont have where can i get this file

this is the true memory im afraid.
the sellers hack the devices so they display more memory than they actually have until you format them.
once formatted you get rid of the hack and it displays correct capacity.
Why do they do it?
to make more money.
mines was 4gb= formatted true memory 961mb.

All you guys with “Dead” players, please check out the forums in http://www.mympxplayer.org .. It has a detailed guide to recovering your player, firmware downloads and firmware backup tools. Very helpful!!

I found this site on wikipedia, and its an excellent site dedicated to Mp3/Mp4 chinese players etc. Go ahead try it and hopefully your player would work

I got a 4gig nano clone, but i think its actual capacity is much less.. I am gonna demand a refund. All you guys should do it too. DONT BUY THESE CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS.

Also to correct disk errors and to delete corrupt files do this :-

1:run cmd in run dialog box.

2:type chkdsk /r drive name

3:it will ask whether to covert lost chains into files,type y (yes).now it will scan your player

4:goto folder option in control panel.enable show hidden & system file and click on show operating system file too.

5elete file or folder named “Foundxx” from your player.
Now your corrupted file are deleted

my MP4 player looks for the firmware at gojoin.cn but it redirects to goldjoin.com.

all the while I had an authentic Sony 2GB MP4 player which was only Made in China. but its a shitty pirated metal with Sony on it!

where does everybody get their FWs?
