blue screen

Hello,

I have a 1.5 inch ipod looking mp3/mp4 player that was working just fine until a couple of days ago. It was charging and then my compter died. Later when I tried to use it the screen was blue. I didn’t download anything and don’t have a disk. I tried resetting it by holding menu and play simultaneoulsy but the screen is still blue. Also, I can play the song from my computer from the mp4 player but the screen is le. What should I do? What do you guys recommend?

come on people. isn’t there anything you can tell me. maybe a link to where a question similar to this has been asked before?

We originally made the mp4 player board, because so many people were making posts about them, and we wanted to keep the posts separate from the codec-related stuff. There’s not really any expert in the house, but you can try more specialized boards as listed in the sticky:

Hey Weeza, did you ever find out anything about it? I’m having the same problem with mine and i’m getting no where, not even rogers or future shop knows about it..
