8GB reduced to 108MB

i’ve formatted my new chinapod according to guidelines posted earlier but found that the size reduced fr 8GB to 108MB only. i’m hoping that i did something wrong and could get back some memory. anyone can help? pls e-mail to dikcheong@hotmail.com thks!!
