Hi my name is Lorena n Im frm N.Y.C. My son just recieved a Digital MP4(multimedia)Player(1G w/FM radio,picture browser,voice recorder,equalizers,and supports video and audio files. My problem is that the instruction are not very clear and I do not know how to set it up,download music,what file to go on in my computer or how to install the mini disc it came with lets put it this way I have NO Clue what to do. last week i purchased a mp4 digital player it has one gb
i am loding the song in computer on computer it is showing the song but after removeing it showing emty and it is not playing any video andwhen iam loding videos in it showing an unsupported format
