I’m trying to download a music broadcast online from a few weeks back.

It is on a webpage in html but plays in windows media format, is there any way to download this and then change to mp3 or wav file ?

you can’t right click on anything to “save as”

Help !!!! Any ideas !!!!!!!!

www.opry.com; go under archives and saturday 6:30- midnight; trying to download the Oct 11th show.

there are some audio files can be played without enable to save it.but if u hear the song complete with good quality for example 196kbps u can use some audio program like (Sound foundry) Sound forge to record it (u can set the record channel to 'what u hear' and then u can record it after that you can save it to any format you like mp3..wav..aiff..whatever.....wink

im telling you this point becuase u said that you can’t “Save as” the file , but u said that you can play it.

im not sure about this one — >(can you enter 'accses' the opry page) by FTP maybe it can help but im not sure.

Why do so many people think there is a such thing as 196kbps? It’s 192! wink

thats right NRen2k5...

but u know some sound-card support 96,000Khz (like some use 44,100 or 48,000)[i think 'Turtle beach-Santa cruz' soundcard use 96Khz , not like normal SB!live soundcard which support 48&44Khz]

thats why i thought it 196khbps

but anyway did you like my answer for your problem or u try to figure out other way...?
