Video Shaking

Hi, i have recently downloaded a movie, it is an *.ogg file, it plays in Windows Media Player, but one problem that occurs is that, the video shakes a lot, i also tried this movie in The Core Media Player, and WINDVD, the same thing happens, what might be the problem...??
