When i try to convert wmv, vcd, svcd, mpeg etc. in WinMpeg og any other converting programs,the movie always come out as an upside down movie, what do i do.

When taking a film of a wedding, the camera was accidentally turned and five minutes of the film is on a 45 degree angle. Could you point to me to any program that fixes this. I am using Pinnacle Studio 12 but it can’t be done on this program.
