Hi girls and guys, i just recently purchased a TV winfast pci capture card and i’m wondering how i would go about decoding certain channels that i find interesting and enjoying. Can i install some sort of software decoding programme or might i need some different or additional hardware?
Please help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
