TOOLBOX IN MOVIEMAKER-6.0 ?

VISTA-6.0-MOVIEMAKER-What codecs can be in checkbox,checked off.and what ones should not be checked.?is there a list of acceptable codecs-for moviemaker ?the ffdshow Video Decoder-allways unchecks it self,let i need it to play quicktime,720p. from my kodak.it works good.but i still need a audio codec,can anyone help with the missing codec,quicktime does play good in moviemaker.but only the video part.,is it possible,to add the audio,also. ?
