Running Of Screen Edges while moving to full screen while playing video

Helo all i have problem that bother me for very long time i have pc connected to TV Screen Only
(Sony 29 inch ) and i used it to watch movies ,
now for the problem : When i load the movie with BsPlayer for example and double click the movie to switch to full scren all the screen edges running off for about 3 CM from each corenr top bottom and sides . Now when i get out from full screen to desktop its still runing off . So i have to do this Desktop — > proporties — > Settings — > Advanced — > going to my geforce tab and then Tv settings — > Devive attachment And THen restor to default THAS F***** annoying i am trying many other players some are suck cause subtitle support (they show it small And no options to tweek ) and with some other its still happening .

Did try all kind of drivers , Windows Xp Versions (SP 1 , Sp2 ) and alots of other stuff by the way when its happens it doing the problem in the TV screen Only So Pleaaaaaaaaseeee HELP me give me any ideas which can help cause i cant figure this out Thx A head .... Peace ! !

Why you as cause print screen show all of the screen like nothing happens !

look at the bottom and sides you will see the edges run away .
