Real Player Burn/transfer section hangs

Hi. My real player hangs when i click on the burn/transfer section. It will only show a blue screen without loading. For your information, i am using the basic one and using windows xp. Pls help. I will be eternally grateful.

No. I have been having this problem since i reformatted my computer.
