Quicktime pro 7.1.1

At 11 pm I decided to download a 1 and a half gig .avi of a speedrun for OoT (Ocarina of time, legend of zelda)((it was also uploaded by the runner therefore legal as is))

I have had previous attempts at playing .avi’s and countless hours trying to solve the error of white screen.

Its been 4 hours this time x_X

In the first hour I found the DivX CODEC and DivX Docter 2.
The .avi was originally
OoT_SS_45| 0:00:00.00|5:13:34.58| =NA-
Soundtrack | 0:00:00.00| 5:13:34.58| MPEG Layer 3
Videotrack | 0:00:00.00| 5:12:06:52| DX50

I ran DivX Docter and the video track changed to the 3ivx CODEC. ( 3ivx D4 4.5.1)

It also changed the file into a .mov

OoT_SS_45| 0:00:00.00|5:13:34.58| =NA-
Soundtrack | 0:00:00.00| 5:13:34.58| MPEG Layer 3
Videotrack | 0:00:00.00| 5:12:06:52| 3ivx D4 4.5.1

The sound works now, through the whole file...
but..
I still get white screen.. no video.

xxxxxzwtf is with that?zxxxxx

Also when i run Div Docter it says 3vix is not installed though the componet is in my quicktime folder....
