ok, so i have quicktime, and i try to play an MPEG-4 movie video, but when i do, it says “Error -50:an unknown error has occured” and the video doesn’t play, just the audio, when i try to play it with realplayer, the same thing happens, only audio is hear, and nothing is shown on the screen...
