problems with media player 9

hi there my media player 9 has recently stopped letting me view my dvds it lets me hear the sound but i get no picture and as usual microsoft offers no help can anyone help

yup haveing same robs anyone have any ideas

I got a diferent problem i RECENTLY add the k-lite pack of codecs and it just make things worst with my Windows Media Player and also with the BSplayer so I remove it but now those player keep showing the message that they can’t read my avi file or say that it is corruted but they used to play them correctly Can anyone help me please

only way is to refer back to 8.1 or another version unless you have a restore point its a format sorry
