Often when I download files and try to unrar them, after Winrar finished 'unrarring' one file it will come up with a message
'destination folder already contains processed file' and gives me the option to a) replace all, b) not replace all, or c) auto-rename.
Even if I choose 'auto-rename' it will keep asking me for every file. Why is this and is there a way around it?
For example, I just downloaded a tv programme and it came in about 80 files, labeled xxx.r00, xxx.r01, xxx.ro2 etc.
After I have unrarred all of them (Using 'auto-rename') I end up with a large number of .iso files of about 50mb each.
Now, when I use Daemon Tools to mount any one of them as an image, nothing happens - my cd drive does not show anything and can’t be opened/played. Mostly using Daemon works fine but sometimes it doesn’t and I wonder why. Any ideas?
I CAN open the files with VLC but each file is only 39 seconds long...What’s wrong here?
Thanks so much for your help!
