Problem burning bin and cue file

Pleases help!!!
I have burned bin and cue files before using nero. I am doing everything the same but it isent working. Heres whats happening - I load the cue file into nero and the dialogue box comes up as usual asking if I want disc-at-once etc but the burn tab is grayed out. Does anyone no whats going on before I go mad?
