Premiere Pro and DivX

Hi

I have Premiere Pro and am trying to use files converted with DivX 5.2 (I have SP2), the problem is when I import the files they just appear as blank video, no sound, no picture.
Any ideas how to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated.
