Regarding the MPEG2 playing at 1/2 screen.
I simply changed the Windows Media Player to play in 'Maximized' window instead of 'Normal Window'.
This can be accessed through the properties of the Windows Media Player.
Hope it helps.
Hello every one.
Solution is simple. This is happening due to the absence of MPEG2 codecs which support MS programs.
Easy option is to download and install any free MPEG2 codecs. I tried “stinky’s mpeg-2 codec v1.2.0.79” and it did the job. Now mpg2 movies work smoothly in Powerpoint 2003

Slow down your hardware acceleration.
Display Properties, Settings Tab, Advanced button, Troubleshoot button, hardware acceleration. Slow it down to the left. 2nd setting from the left should do it

I downloaded and tried your trial version but PowerPoint froze two thirds of the way through a video/slide conversion. This happened sevral times so in the end I decided to uninstall the software but now I’m left with the plugin displayed in the PowerPoint menu bar. How do I remove it? I can see there are elements still displayed in the Program listings!
I have resolved the problem with the Plugin on the menu bar. Right-click the bar, select Cutomise and click the Reset button then confirm the changes.
