plays sound, no picture

I have all players the only movie i can’t play is called video clip media player plays sound when i bring it up no picture other players say is no codec for player would be greatfull for help thank you

when i play a video file only the sound plays no image appears

need to download divx codec which can be found at divx.com..it will install codec file to be used in windows media player.. good luck
