I just downlaoded QuickTime 7.1.3 for Windows 2000/XP. Now, when I play my .mov files I get a pink screen, though the sound does play. Prior to the update, I was able to play my mov files fine using Quicktime. Help! Thanks in advance.

Re-install QuickTime & install QuickTime Alternative instead.

Found a quick fix for this. Change your screen resolution to something else, then change it back.
