window media player does not open the files downloaded from torrent. I need its codec.
Okay so some of my tv shows and movies played (well they all did until recently), and now all i get is the picture and audio, then one movie i had downloaded played but when i went to put it to full screen it didnt enlarge but went full screen with black over where it woudl be enlarged! I realllly am going to lose my mind if i cant play my tv shows!!! Its what keeps me sane! I tried changing the default player for the files, then back again, and then shutting it down (laptop) and then back up again, and also deleting and re-downloading them but i dont wanna have to do this all the ****** time!
i could play viedio but i dont have correct codec to play audio
Guys it has nothing to do..try another linkss.

I downloaded this torrent file:
“Transformers 3 Dark of the Moon[2011]DVDrip[Eng]-FXG_Team”
It is a .avi file but unlike other files of same extension...
shows an error:
“Codec Error: Use Windows Media Player”
...even with WMP
neither VLC nor REAL nor DIVX nor WMP can play it either
but...... they can play other .avi files like:
“TRON Legacy[2010]DvDrip[Eng]-FXG”
Can anyone give me a suggestion???
